Faith that shapes leadership and culture.

Through my work as an adjunct professor at Concordia University Irvine, I teach graduate students in the Master's program in Coaching and Athletic Administration, including a course titled Faith-Based Coaching.

This course explores how coaches can lead with integrity, develop athletes as whole people, and create environments where faith, character, and performance are aligned.

The goal is to help coaches become leaders who influence lives far beyond the scoreboard.
