1:1 Life Coaching
1:1 Leadership Coaching
For Men, Leaders, and High Performers
Leadership begins with how a man leads his own life.
Through one-on-one coaching, I work with men who want to grow with clarity, discipline, and purpose in every area of life—spiritually, relationally, and professionally.
My coaching approach draws from decades of experience in leadership development, athletics, and mentoring. The same principles used to develop strong teams can also be applied to developing strong leaders.
The goal is not simply improvement in one area of life, but alignment across the whole person.
What We Work On
Spiritual Growth and Faith Leadership
Developing a deeper and more consistent walk with Christ.
Topics may include:

growing in humility, courage, and conviction
-
living faith authentically in work, home, and community

The goal is helping men become spiritually grounded leaders who live with purpose and integrity.

Coaching may include:
-
developing leadership within marriage
-
communication and conflict resolution
-
creating intentional family culture
-
modeling discipline and character for children

building trust in relationships

communicating with clarity and honesty
-
taking responsibility for decisions and actions
-
developing the ability to lead others with humility and strength
Coaching Format
Coaching is designed to be intentional and relational.
Typical format includes:
• weekly or biweekly coaching calls
• practical leadership development tools
• personal accountability and follow-up
• guidance through real-life leadership situations
Each coaching relationship is built around the individual’s goals, responsibilities, and season of life.
Purpose of Coaching
The ultimate goal is helping men become leaders who live with:
Intentionality in their decisions
Passion in their relationships and mission
Purpose in their faith, family, and leadership
Because when a man grows as a leader, the people around him benefit—his family, his team, and his community.
Who This Coaching Is For
This coaching is designed for men who want to grow intentionally as leaders in their faith, families, and responsibilities.
Many of the men I work with are already high performers in their careers or leadership roles, but recognize that leadership development should extend beyond professional success.
They want their lives to reflect strength, character, and purpose in every area.
This Coaching May Be a Good Fit If You Are:
A Leader Who Wants Greater Clarity
You carry significant responsibility and want guidance in making decisions that align with your values, faith, and long-term vision.
A Husband Who Wants to Lead His Family Well
You desire to strengthen your marriage, improve communication, and lead your home with wisdom, patience, and consistency.
A Father Who Wants to Build a Strong Family Culture
You want to raise children with clear standards, love, discipline, and intentional leadership.
You believe the home should develop character, responsibility, and leadership in the next generation.
A Man Seeking Greater Spiritual Depth
You want to grow in your faith and develop a more consistent walk with Christ while integrating biblical principles into everyday leadership decisions.
A Coach or Leader Responsible for Developing Others
You lead a team, staff, or organization and want to build a culture where people grow in character, accountability, and leadership.
A High Performer Facing Pressure or Transition
You may be navigating a challenging season—career decisions, leadership pressure, or personal responsibilities—and want clarity, perspective, and accountability.
Who This Coaching Is NOT For
This coaching is not designed for individuals who are simply looking for motivation or quick answers, I am not a cheerleader nor a bumper sticker.
Leadership growth requires honesty, discipline, and a willingness to examine areas of life that may need change.
The men who benefit most from this process are those who are willing to invest in their development and take responsibility for their growth.
The Goal
The goal of coaching is not perfection.
The goal is growth.
Growth as a man of character.
Growth as a leader.
Growth as a husband and father.
Growth as someone who lives with intentionality, passion, and purpose founded in Christ.
What the First Step Looks Like
Leadership growth begins with a conversation.
The purpose of the first step is simply to understand where you are, what you’re facing, and what you want to grow toward.
There is no pressure or expectation. It’s an opportunity to determine whether coaching would be helpful for your current season of life and leadership.
Step 1 – Schedule a Conversation
We begin with a short introductory call.
During this conversation we discuss:
-
your current leadership responsibilities
-
areas where you want greater clarity or growth
-
challenges you may be navigating
-
what you hope to develop in your life, family, or leadership
This allows us to determine whether coaching is a good fit.
Step 2 – Clarify the Focus
If we decide to move forward, the next step is identifying the areas where coaching will provide the greatest value.
This may include:
-
spiritual growth and faith leadership
-
marriage and family leadership
-
decision-making and leadership clarity
-
building consistent habits and discipline
-
navigating pressure or leadership transitions
Every coaching relationship is tailored to the individual and their responsibilities.
Step 3 – Begin the Coaching Process
Coaching typically takes place through weekly or biweekly conversations focused on intentional growth and accountability.
These conversations help you:
-
think clearly about leadership decisions
-
develop stronger habits and disciplines
-
strengthen relationships and communication
-
grow spiritually and personally
-
lead with greater confidence and purpose
The process is both practical and relational.
A Final Thought
Every great athlete benefits from coaching.
The same is true for leadership.
Strong leaders recognize that growth is intentional and that guidance can accelerate development.
If you believe this season of life is an opportunity to grow as a man, leader, husband, and father, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
